  1. Do you have a recipe for the baharat. I see what is in it. But I need to know how much is used for each for the mix. Thanks


    • Good question! Try 1 tsp each of paprika, ground coriander and black pepper. 1/2 tsp each of ground cumin, ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg. 1/4 tsp each of cayenne pepper, ground cloves and ground cardamom.

      Or, a cheat version would be 1 tsp mixed spice, 1/2 tsp each of paprika, black pepper and ground coriander with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
