Spinach and broccoli stir fry

We had this with the lamb for dinner yesterday and it was the perfect accompaniment. Who needs roast potatoes??
1 head of broccoli
200g spinach
2 cloves garlic
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Pinch asafoetida
1 tbsp crunchy almond butter
Olive oil or fat for frying
Salt and pepper
Fry the garlic, mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds in the oil/fat until fragrant. Add the broccoli and stir fry for a minute. Add a splash of water and cover the pan and allow the broccoli to steam for 5 mins or until tender. Remove the broccoli and add a little more oil to the pan.  Fry the tomato briefly and add the almond butter. Add the spinach and fry until wilted. Return the broccoli to the pan and stir, making sure everything is coated.
